1. Service Description
Beadify is a browser-based bead pattern generation tool (supporting Perler, Hama, Artkal, and more). All image processing is done locally in your browser. We do not store any original images.
2. Account & Login
โข Create an account using Clerk.
โข You are responsible for account security.
โข We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
3. Credit System
โข 5 credits upon registration, 2 credits daily upon login.
โข Generation costs 1 credit (advanced features may cost more in the future).
โข Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable (except as required by law).
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
โข Images you upload remain yours. We claim no rights.
โข If you choose to share generated patterns, you grant us a non-exclusive license for community display (you can request removal at any time).
โข Generated patterns are for personal, non-commercial use only. Contact us for commercial licensing.
5. Prohibited Conduct
โข Uploading illegal, infringing, pornographic, or violent content.
โข Credit farming, reverse engineering, or abusing the service.
6. Disclaimer
โข The service is provided "as is" without any warranty.
โข We are not responsible for pattern accuracy or print quality.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months (zero for free users).
8. Termination
We may terminate the service or your account at any time. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Beadify is registered, with disputes subject to the courts of that jurisdiction (without excluding consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction).
10. Changes
We may modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
