Beadify.art ("we" or "Beadify") is an online bead pattern generation tool operated by the Beadify team. We are committed to maximizing user privacy: all image processing is done entirely in your browser (Web Worker technology). We never upload, store, or access your original photos or generated patterns unless you actively choose to share them to the community.
This policy applies to users in North America (including California CCPA/CPRA), Europe (GDPR), China (PIPL), and other regions. We comply with applicable laws including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and PIPL.
1. Information We Collect (Data Minimization Principle)
We do not collect, upload, or store any image files, location data, device fingerprints, or unnecessary information.
The limited personal information we collect:
• Clerk Login: Email address, user ID, creation/login timestamps.
• Database: Credit balance, login records, generation parameters (grid size, brand, color tier as JSON — no images).
• Future Payments (Creem etc.): Only order ID, amount, status (payment details are handled by third parties; we do not store credit card information).
2. How We Use Your Information
• Account management, credit issuance and consumption, generation parameter history (for re-generation).
• Service security and abuse prevention.
• We never use it for marketing, advertising, or data sales.
3. Data Sharing & Cross-Border Transfer
We do not share or sell your personal information, except:
• When you actively consent to share patterns to the community.
• When legally required.
• With necessary service providers (Clerk, database hosting), bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
Cross-border transfer: Data may be stored on EU/US servers. We ensure compliance with GDPR adequacy decisions, PIPL standard contracts, and CCPA/CPRA requirements.
4. Your Rights
• GDPR (Europe): Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent.
• CCPA/CPRA (North America): Right to know, right to delete, opt-out of sale/sharing (we don't sell data, but provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link), non-discrimination.
• PIPL (China): Informed consent, withdrawal of consent, deletion, correction, inquiry.

5. Children's Privacy

7. Security Measures
HTTPS encryption, Clerk secure authentication, compliant database storage. Images never leave your device.
